Working with The Apartment Source + TAS Management has taken my portfolio to the next level. I am recently up to 6 properties, with a 7th under contract, sourced and managed by Tyson and Chris. Not only are the day to day needs handled stress-free, but their strategic approach and competency in extensive rehab projects is impressive. Along the way, these guys have helped me incorporate my properties, clean up all the accounting, and I have watched my NOI rise, despite current circumstances.
