Service not quite as good as before (slower, wrong number of plates on the table, etc). The food is largely the same as before despite the chef having left - bacon wrapped dates, foie gras creme brulee, pasta, and duck and waffle are great choices. Of course the lift (elevator) ride up and the views are the highlight.
