Salon On 3 Rd has become my go-to salon for all of my hair needs. The stylists are amazing, and they really listen to what I want. I appreciate their attention to detail and their commitment to providing excellent service. The salon itself is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable. I can't recommend this salon enough!
