When I first called I was pleased with the information I was given and felt confident in making a decision based on that information. Unfortunately, each time I spoke with someone I was given different information, much of it contradictory. Soon, I had a difficult time getting anyone to return my calls. I found other companies who could do the same thing Second Wind had originally agreed to for thousands less and with far better customer service. Not hearing from them turned out to be a blessing! Would definitely not recommend them based on my experience.
