Extremely responsive management! Had a problem determining some specs of a laptop I was looking at and was initially unable to get determinations from sales/customer service staff. I was contacted by the company's Chief Operation Officer, Josh, who was able to answer my questions, assist in ordering the laptop, and get it to me on time for college and work. Josh went above and beyond during our transaction and made this purchase an enjoyable one. Would buy from Xotic PC again!
