I have been going to Salon On 3 Rd for a few years now, and I must say that it is an excellent salon! The stylists are highly skilled and always make me feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a hair makeover!
