My first contact with the company was Corey Roberts. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, super attitude without making me feel pressured and he followed up with informational emails promptly. Everyone I ve dealt with in the company since then has been very professional and courteous to include Alexandra Buckley and Tim (the engineer). I would like to make special mention of Mike and his crew of installers. They were professional and clearly have an excellent work ethic and attitude. This is all worthy of five stars, however, the one snag I ran into was the additional charge for using a credit card which was significant. My assumption is that is why you offer free financing as an option. Thank you
