I am the "elderly neighbor" who was supposedly taken in by Allen Gammons, the "wolf in sheep's clothing" and Lisa Ferrignoli is wrong, wrong, wrong!! (And perhaps upset that there is additional development next door to her.)

I have had previous business dealings with Allen, so I contacted him, told him my conditions, reached out to realtor friends for recent comps in North Kingstown...and could not be happier with our deal!!! Knowing what would be required to try to list the house at a higher price than what we negotiated and being unwilling to commit the money, time and energy to get there - and using the comparables as an additional guide to my decision - it was the right price for the product!!

Allen is a businessman, AND has a huge heart!! Do not be afraid to do business with him. You will not regret it!
