This is the first real problem I have had with my system, which was installed about 4 years ago. The diagnosis and repair of the system was handled in the same professional manner as was the original installation. From my first phone call to Empower until the repair was completed, everything was done properly and on time. Empower Solar remains the best contractor I have ever employed. The system itself has done better than promised and I have not paid anything for electricity since it was installed. In fact, it overproduces enough energy to give me a credit balance on my electric bill.
