It's hard to find a spare-no-expense, no-compromises windows machine these days. Unfortunately, most PC manufacturers have been in a race to the bottom for the last 15 years, and the quality of the typical PC has suffered as a consequence. XoticPC's machines offer Apple-level hardware and build quality, and are light years beyond the major PC manufacturers' laptops. Their machines aren't cheap - if you want cheap, go with Dell or HP. Just remember - you get what you pay for.
