Our pool/spa heater has been sick for quite some time now. We don't use it much because... well... Florida. But we finally decided it needed to be fixed and reached out to a couple of companies who had good reviews. We chose Doc Dean because they responded to chat messages quickly and were able to work us in quickly, which was helpful for our busy schedules. Mike, the repair technician, was on time, kind, knowledgeable and was quick and effective in diagnosing a problem that had been alluding me for months. Further, he went ahead and made the necessary repairs with manufacturer specific spare parts I already had on hand. I had another pool company tell me that even if I had the parts on hand they wouldn't use them, so I was really relieved that Mike was able to use the brand new part I had already purchased. The repair cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call them again when needed. As their tagline says - if your pool is sick, call the Doc at Doc Deans! You'll be glad you did!
