The experience with Oxtron has been average so far. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. It takes a while to get a response from them and sometimes they don't fully address my concerns. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a bad company, but there's definitely room for improvement.
