Overall, my experience with Ninja has been average. The company provides a decent service, but there is certainly room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found that the customer support was lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from the support team. They eventually resolved the problem, but the whole process was a bit frustrating. If Ninja can improve their customer service, it would definitely enhance the overall experience for their customers.
