My bag with my passport and a lot other things was stolen in a Mercure Hotel in Bordeaux. I experienced all the chaos and hard times in France. The French Police and hotel staff are so incapable and lazy, probably beyond anyone s imagination.

I came to the US Embassy in Paris with all prepared documents to apply a new passport. The Embassy staff were all helpful and efficient. I got a new passport in 30 min! Amazing service and efficiency. I do not know if any other countries could have such a wonderful Embassy.
