They were strong during sales. Seemed helpful. Promised a lot. Initial experience was 5

We bought two bikes (over $2300 total; which is a lot for us).
After riding we realized that my wife s does not meet her needs; she regrets her purchase. My suggestion, to others, is to take more time before making a purchase because she now know what she d like better, but it is to late.

My bike is great; until it isn t. The chain falls off all the time, the chain broke once (which they did fix quickly when I bused the bike to them), and changing the front gears sucks. But overall I like the bike.

Even with the little buyers remorse, we were satisfied with our new bikes overall.

However this year they will not return calls or pick up the phone for the *free* 1 year tune up. Their service department has been horrible to get in touch with.
So two stars because their service sucks.

**edit after follow up, and bump to 4 stars**

I spoke with revolution staff and it sounds like they are having issues with their phone and voice mail. I strongly encouraged them to get that updated ASAP.

Once I finally brought the bikes in, they were really friendly (as they are in person) and were able to checkup both bikes the same-day. They diagnosed my wife s issue and the fix was relatively inexpensive.

My suggestion for other people is to try contacting revolution via their Facebook page or simply going into the shop. or press 1 to get sales and ask for service.
