Posting on behalf of my friends and because they missed out on biking with me due to the service shop here taking several months to complete anything!

I would not recommend taking your suspension or bike to be serviced here. The staff are friendly and some of them appear to be knowledgeable. That is however, until they've had your shock for 2 months and still haven't found parts (which we sourced ourselves within 1 hour). A rear shock should never take 2 months to rebuild... I don't care where they order parts from, O-rings can be purchased anywhere.
My other friend had some fully functioning Fox 40 forks which magically didn't have any rebound control when he got his bike back from a "tune-up" (which came back dirty and the gears didn't even shift properly). They then told us we had to get new forks after giving us back a bike that wasn't even ride-able. They did end up giving us new forks at a good price but the hassle and ridiculously low quality of work here trumps all that.

Don't let these guys touch your bikes!
