After leaving college, I was looking for an opportunity where I could really reach my potential within a challenging and rewarding career. The Apprentice Academy was one of many organisations I sought for help. The service they provide for us as apprentices and the clients they work with is exceptional. After your initial interview - which is used as a way to narrow down what career path would suit you, you are prepped for work life by attending training and development sessions before you start at your placement. Once you start, their aftercare and on going tutorship helps guide and support you through your personal and professional life.
