Called this place looking for a match to my wood flooring. An Irish woman answered and told me matching wood is practically impossible, don't bother. Drove there nonetheless and literally found a twin to my wood floors among their samples (Who knew wood from same trees looked similar?). Was told that they'd contact their supplier for order and call me back. They never called back. I called back 3 times in vein trying to get them to order the wood. Synopsis: These people will do anything but sell you wood flooring, even if they have it.
