Talking about venue it s excellent but some working staff doesn t have knowledge how to deal with their customers as they need to be taught that they are in service sector which means satisfaction of customer. Specially one old guy with glasses working on front desk and security as well I guess he doesn t know the word politeness every time I see him rude so better to remind him where he is and should taught the words respect and manner
