I recently purchased some plants from an online gardening store. The shopping experience was great, the website was user-friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The plants arrived in good condition, and I am happy with my purchase. However, I feel that the company could improve their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my query, and I had to follow up multiple times. Despite this slight inconvenience, I would still recommend their products.
