My Father is constantly fobbed off by counter staff. Just a general lack of interest and attitude which is perhaps the most disrespectful aspect of having to deal with this organisation.

Delighted to see that its list as one of the Best Places to Work hardly surprising really if they don t listen to the concerns of their customers!! Any jobs going?
