I recently switched to Suntrust bank, and I am quite impressed with their services. The online banking experience is smooth and convenient. It's easy to transfer funds, pay bills, and manage my accounts. The mobile app is also user-friendly and reliable. However, I wish they offered higher interest rates on their savings accounts. Overall, I would rate Suntrust bank as great.
