I had a mixed experience with Alternate Book Press. While the book I ordered was in good condition and arrived on time, their customer service could use improvement. When I had an inquiry about my order, it took a while to get a response and when I did, the staff didn't seem very helpful or friendly. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but I believe there's room for improvement.
