Frederique from ShuttleDirect was incredibly reassuring, sending a text hours before our flight even took off. She met us at the airport holding a name board and was more than happy to help with our luggage. The vehicle was spacious enough for seven of us and featured well-maintained car seats for the kids. She drove carefully and safely throughout the journey. Great value for a reliable airport transfer!
