My visit to Island Club and Spa was disappointing....

My visit to Island Club and Spa was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and the service was below average. I expected more from a place with such high ratings. The facilities were nice, but the overall experience was lackluster. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
