We had an excellent experience with Alex at City Unscripted. He was incredibly professional from our initial communication all the way through the tour in London. Alex was patient with our many questions, enthusiastic about the landmarks, and very attentive to anyone walking at a slower pace. He also went above and beyond to get great photos of our group.
