Kinda disappointed. I am grateful for the reduced price neutering but I brought my cat in at 9 in the morning. It is now 5:00 And I went there thinking he would be done soon only to be told that he hasn't even been gotten to yet... So he's been all day alone and scared without food... estimated time still.. about 5 more hours... almost 13 hours for a five minute surgery.... not to mention when you call their phone number it gives you an automated voicemail saying the call you back within 3 days you can't even call and check on the status of your animal...
