Call presenting themselves as "doctors", ask doctors in what and immediately they alter, starting to provoke you in discussions, rude, offensive and devoid of any professionalism, they make false statements, and even before a refusal of "their proposals" send an email that begins with: "as agreed by telephone" ... but agreed with those who to soften the tone you must kindly close the phone in the face!
