I have been a customer of Space Age Electronics INC. for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average at best. While their products are generally reliable, their customer support is lacking. Whenever I have had an issue or needed assistance, it has taken them a long time to respond and their solutions have often been mediocre. They have a lot of room for improvement.
