An excellent sports centre and swimming venue in the heart of Barcelona. The venue plays host to the International Mare Nostrum swimming circuit every June, a two-day competition that attracts many of the world's top swimmers! The main pool is an competition standard 50m x 8 lanes. There is a small additional teaching pool, ample spectator space and outdoor seating. The pool has a retractable roof which enables it to handle any type of weather for the benefit of the user. Obviously, it is at its best when the roof is open on hot sunny days!
