Today I was able to speak with the manager by name Damaris & she helped me solve all the problems I had in less than an hour. He treated me with great respect and patience, and quickly took action to resolve me given the circumstances that I had been suffering in recent months with my vehicle and some services. He was totally professional with me, & made sure his employees took immediate charge to reach an agreement with me that was fair. The only thing I said to her that I regretted was not having talked to her before, because she took good care of me. I hope it reflects more from her down as serving a customer that brings business to her store.
