Very poor servicing of my HP laptop by DCC. I went with BIOS issues for in my laptop..It took 2 days for them to repair my laptop....but guess what, they messed up with Touchpad and it is not working since then.....they usually call you (ritual) for feedback...but it is just for showoff that their post delivery customer service is good......I recommend you not to visit here.
