I've been using an HR software from sweeterhr.com for a while now and it's been mostly satisfactory. The features are okay and the user interface is decent. However, there are some areas that could be improved. For instance, the reporting functionality is a bit limited and could use more customization options. Additionally, the customer support could be more responsive and provide quicker resolutions to issues. Despite these drawbacks, it serves its purpose adequately.
