Basepower is decent but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate and filled with information about their products. However, I found the customer service lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. The pricing is competitive, but the quality of their products is just average. I bought a power generator from them, and while it works fine, it's not as powerful as I expected. The delivery was prompt, though, which was a plus. Overall, Basepower is an average company with average products. They could improve their customer service to make the experience more satisfying for customers like me.
