I have been disappointed for more than a month trying to regularize something that was Entel's responsibility, I have had a hard time, for such a large company they do not work aligned everyone has told me different things, they privilege people who are doing portability instead of doing it with people who are customers for years. I think it is better to do portability like this in another company. I will have more benefits. Unfortunately this is how the market works today
