Let me share a short story. I got stranded near Warren, approximately 2.5 hours from home as I lost a tire and did not have a suitable replacement. I contacted CAA but they would only provide a 10km tow because of some logistical issues with the account holder and paper work delays. Bob from the service centre and the tow truck driver, Norm, were passionate about finding me a solution! Norm and Bob spoke on the phone attempting to find a solution. Bob told the tow truck driver to bring me to their service centre, despite it being more than 10km away. Bob did not expect financial compensation for the extra kilometers, he just knew that the service centre was open and I would be safer. Bob got back on the phone with CAA while we were on our way to the service centre and was able to convince the company to tow me back home. Bob and his employees could have just dropped me off at the nearest gas station and left, but they went the extra mile and by doing so got me back home so that I could get to work the next day. I am in debt to these folks and I sincerely feel like this review is not enough to properly thank them. Do not hesitate in using this service centre if needed. They'll even pour you a cup of coffee!
