I recently used Dispatch auto to transport my car from one state to another and I must say, their service was average. The pick-up and delivery timelines were met, but the overall communication experience was lacking. The customer support was not very responsive, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my delivery. However, the driver was professional, and my car arrived in good condition. I would consider using their services again, but improvement in communication is needed.
