I engaged Brigade It Solutions for my IT needs and overall, I found their services to be average. While they have a well-designed website, there were some communication issues. The team was not always responsive and it felt like they were not fully invested in our project. While they did deliver the product, it was not exceptional. I would say that my experience with Brigade It Solutions was average.
