I had a wonderful time on the food tour with The International Kitchen in Chicago. Stefano was incredibly engaging and clearly passionate about the culinary scene. His knowledge really shone through during the experience. While the dishes were a bit more complex to follow compared to previous guides, and the lack of written recipes meant I had to stay on my toes with note-taking, it was still a highly informative and enjoyable session.
