Very unethical. I was told by the Visio broker that my commercial loan would not show up on my credit bc it was in an LLC. I paid 1.5 pts higher that what I could've gotten at a bank just so it would not be on my credit so I would get more buying power in the future.

Do not waste your time believing anything they tell you about their funding abilities. I strongly believe they are have no idea what they are doing... if you're a minority definitely do not use this company as they will bate and switch you to death only to have you lose your property or properties.....
