We have taken our children to the Naval Academy on numerous occasions. Each time, it is special for all of us. Beautifully maintained, it is a pleasure to stroll around. In addition, the statues on campus and the knowledgeable tour guides provide a bounty of information about the institution and its...

We took the tour yesterday, starting at 11:00. The feeling we left with was the tour contained way too much emphasis on the athletic aspects and not nearly enough on the midshipmen. We did get to see the noon formation as they filed in for the noon meal, but we had already expended an hour and had...

Very disappointed! They brag about being family! Our daughter was hospitalized and we weren't notified. I understand HIPPA laws but when we called up there no one would give us any information about her whereabouts. We even told them that she was missing for 5 days and we were about to call the ...

The United States Naval Academy is by far the most beautiful school I have ever visited. If you are planning on going, try to make it for a Noon Meal Formation held in Tecumsa Court just outside Bancroft Hall. Very neat. Also, lots of great items in he Gift Shop, so drop in if you have time! And as ...

This was certainly a Bucket List visit. It was an honor to br allowed on the grounds. This place is beautiful and stunning. The buildings are so classic and certainly ornate. It would have been nice to see the Brigade but that just means a second trip is planned.

Briefly visited Annapolis in winter 2002 in the evening. Saw almost nothing because of the dark. Dinner in a restaurant with a close friend of mine and noticed some pilot helmets decorated under the roof. This time, I had a thorough visit at the Navy Academy's campus and walked into classroom buildi...

This place was OK. I only finished 2 years here of school for me but overall pretty good experience. Learned a lot. Kinda like that movie Officer and a Gentleman with Richard Gere without the Debra Winger part or the wanting real bad to stay in and get my wings.

Must see. Free to get in but I choose the guided tour for 10 dollars. We'll worth it. Knowledgeable tour guide. Lasts a little more than an hour. After the tour is done then you can continue walking around the campus "yard". Do not skip the Museum. Also free and you will need 2 hours just for th...

Go Navy! Beat Army in 2018, doh!
The naval museum has a picture of the highest altitude, "Beat Army" football rally, ever! Rally sign was posted on the spacecraft window, in space, during both the Gemini VI & VII space missions.

If in the Annapolis area on a weekend and granted access to visit (...

Have been there several times. Wonderful place, and steeped in tradition. Every Midshipman is an over-achiever who WANTS to be there, rather than some spoiled kid who got their parents to pay their way through college, and sleeps through class. Physical fitness is just important as academics, and it...

A piece of living history. A college, a military base, museums, gifft Shop, beautifully maintained grounds, monuments, and buildings. Drive on access is limited to military and staff, but walkin with valid ID is available. As a plus, Annapolis is a beautiful waterfront town with its own great shoppi...

Absolutely gorgeous campus with world class academics. Have self-toured multiple times, including stops at the visitor's center, the athletic buildings, the cathedral, and the sports fields. You must present a photo ID to enter the campus. Gate 1 downtown can be crowded, especially during events (Bl...
