I spoke with Jeff (said he had been a fabricator for 12 years) at the St. Louis headquarters location. Rudest guy ever! Never again. Do not give this company your business! They have no idea about the products they are using. They source from Brazil, foreign countries and wholesale to U.S.
We have been to this store several times to look at stone for our project. The women never fail to be rude and condescending. If you ask them a question or to do anything at all, they roll their eyes an do their best to not help. Very disappointing.
As always, the service and selections are the best!
