From the moment you walk in, you can relax and feel welcomed. The ladies at the front desk - Pat, Megan, and others - are cheerful and helpful. My stylist, Michelle, takes time to listen and plan my haircut before she starts shampooing or cutting. I appreciate the entire experience here.
