I would rate Zoftcom europa sl as an average company. Their website, zoftcom.com, is easy to navigate and provides good information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from them, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Zoftcom is just an average company.
