I recently interacted with a local government organization similar to Edgemont Township Of, and it was a nightmare. However, my experience with Edgemont Township Of was completely different! The staff was helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. It's refreshing to see a public organization that puts customer service first. Well done!
