I recently used the services of a travel company for my vacation and had a mixed experience. The website was good and easy to use, but the overall service was average. The company could have better handled a few issues that came up during my trip. Despite that, I did manage to have a good time and some of the activities were enjoyable. It's just that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
