I have been using Miranda delivery svc for quite some time now and I have to say their service is average at best. While they do deliver packages on time, their customer service could use some improvement. It often takes a while to get a response to my inquiries and that can be frustrating. Overall, it's an okay service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
