I have been a customer of Riverside Credit Union Limited for over a year and I have to say that their service is just average. The website is easy to navigate and they offer a good range of products, but I must admit that I expected more. The interest rates could be better and the customer service is not always responsive. Overall, it's an okay credit union, nothing great.
