Their services are invaluable. Campus has many buildings. Have visited several times and still have difficulty navigating. Would suggest Elwyn use clearer signage and directions to specific buildings. Can be difficult to get speedy appointments and a challenge to get a human to answer phone. I'm assuming they are overworked and understaffed. Have always had a positive experience with all staff otherwise.
