I had a mixed experience with Leadership Compass, LLC. Overall, the leadership training I received was average. The content was informative, but the delivery lacked enthusiasm. The facilitators were knowledgeable, but they could have made the sessions more engaging. The company has great potential to improve their training programs and make them more impactful. I hope they take feedback seriously and work towards enhancing their offerings.
